Elizabeth Santamaria is the Founder and President of Ota Ade Oni Consulting, a certified Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) consulting firm dedicated to delivering high-quality services to the construction industry. With over 14 years of experience in construction management and community outreach, Ms. Santamaria has played a vital role in major infrastructure projects for the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) and other prominent city agencies.
Under her leadership, Ota Ade Oni has become known for its commitment to excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and effective collaboration with agency clients, teaming partners, and community members. Ms. Santamaria is actively involved in all facets of the firm’s operations — from providing strategic guidance to field staff and overseeing business development to participating in pre-construction meetings and managing public communications. She regularly liaises with elected officials and press staff to ensure transparent and consistent updates on project progress.
Her strong business acumen and dedication to professional development have made her a respected leader in the industry and a driving force behind successful community outreach programs that foster trust and partnership across diverse communities.
